This one is easy, say you were blogging and wanted to ad a video to your blog, of course you could grab one off of youtube and that is fast and easy. You could also go to http://www.revver.com/ and set up an account then connect it to your paypal account. Now when someone watches a video on your blog that has an ad on it, you get a portion of that revenue. There are a couple of pitfalls, Revver is slow to load when you are looking for a video, the selection is also a lot smaller. They get about 65,000 views a day.

So their videos can be posted single or multiple such as a search, the embed has a code in it so they know who to pay.It can have a number of rows and collumns so that you can customize it for the proper location on your blog.
