I have set up a gaming forum @ Progamingforum.com and you can make money just by starting topics.
You have to register and then enable revenue sharing in your profile. Currently Googles adsense is set up so all you have to do is put in your code.
The more popular the topic the better search results you will get and that will lead to more people. I have it set up so that the more you post the more ads that will pop up on the site of yours. The main purpose of that is to get more content on the site and to discourage spammers.
I encourage you to invite friends to the forum and to tell other people about it because the more that they post the more ads of your will appear. Google rates the site by content mostly so we need everyone posting as much relevent content as possible.

How To Make Money On The Net Posting Other Peoples Videos
This one is easy, say you were blogging and wanted to ad a video to your blog, of course you could grab one off of youtube and that is fast and easy. You could also go to http://www.revver.com/ and set up an account then connect it to your paypal account. Now when someone watches a video on your blog that has an ad on it, you get a portion of that revenue. There are a couple of pitfalls, Revver is slow to load when you are looking for a video, the selection is also a lot smaller. They get about 65,000 views a day.

How to get advertisers for your Website or Blog
Most people know about adsense but you can also find a number of advertisers for your pages and change them according to content. Lets say adsense is not working for you very well as far as click through rate. Then I will tell you how to pick a number of advertisers and even rotate them automaticly if you like.
Set up an account at Commission Junction and you will be able to apply for over 2,000 advertisers. They do ask for a lot of information but that is because the more information they have the more likely you are to be approved. A lot of companies approve just about everyone but some are strict on who they let place ads. Most don't allow porn sites.
If you look at my blog about video games @ Video Game Guru you will see a gamefly ad first, they are reletive to my content so I get a high click through rate. In order to get paid though the must take the offer such as free trial or subscription. It still works out to be a little more money than I would have made using adsense.
There is also an ad on this page that relates to content, I can choose whatever I want and just go to Commission Junction to get the link or html.
It is easier than dealling with a lot of advertisers and logging into each one such as amazon or ebay. Javascript is how you rotate the ads, I select a couple of ads and save them as a smartzone, and commission Junction rotates them for me.
I changed my CJ ads, now I put in one code, such as the one for the footer of each post in this blog. In CJ I edit what ads I use. So if one isn't performing then right from the stats screen i delet it, I now have abou 150 advertisers and since I have 4 types of blogs I basicaly rotate the ads based on the demographics of the viewers. How to get traffic to your blog
One way is to set up a vlog, a blog in video form. Most people do this on youtube but there are many more sites you can upload to. I use a site called tubemogul and upload all at the same time. It saves me hours, I upload to tubemogul and it uploads to all the sites that fit the topic.

When you upload the vid they ask for some information about it, in the description post a link to your blog and why they should go there. also on your Profile for each account put a link to your blog. (some sites do not allow links in the description)
You might also want to set up an account with viddler.com If you can get enough views they will start paying you.

How to make money Blogging
There are a lot of blogging sites but the easiest and fastest way to get set up is to use Blogger by Google. It is free and you can post ads. The format might not be great but you can grab other formats such as wordpress and convert them to Blogger.
